Kayak & Snorkel Adventure

Explore the islands of Mazatlan on your own kayak and snorkel in some of the best locations! Join us for an exciting adventure in nature and experience the very essence of the bay of Mazatlan.
On this adventure you will paddle around Venados (Deer) and/or Pajaros (Bird) (Deer) Island, one of the best preserved islands in the Bay of Mazatlan. You will explore its coastline while enjoying a journey through its natural and geological history interpreted by our team of naturalist guides.
During our trip you will visit the best beaches for swimming and the best reef locations for snorkelling. Venados, Lobos and Pajaros islands are the Mazatlan´s most important natural icons. This small archipelago is part of the Natural Protected Area: Islands of the Gulf of California, and represent a major ecological reserve for the region´s marine and terrestrial biodiversity.
These islands are home to several species of resident and migratory birds like brown booby birds, pelicans reptiles, and endemic plants. A myriad of tropical colourful fish, molluscs, crustaceans and other invertebrates inhabit the rocky reefs along their coastline, local marine ecosystems that sustain most artisanal fisheries and the livelihood of many local fisherman and families.
